About the role
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is organizing a walk‑in recruitment drive for experienced Workday HRM Consultants in Hyderabad. Candidates will meet the interview panel on the specified date to discuss their expertise in Workday Human Capital Management and related functional areas.
Key responsibilities
- Attend the on‑site interview and present your experience with Workday HCM solutions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of business process frameworks, reporting, and calculated fields within Workday.
- Discuss how you have applied Workday Core HCM functionalities in previous projects.
Required profile
- Strong hands‑on experience with Workday Core HCM.
- Expertise in Business Process Framework, Reporting & Calculated Fields.
- Good understanding of the full HR lifecycle processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Exposure to Workday Integrations is an added advantage.
