WordPress & React Native Developer

About the role

Huntown is looking for a full‑time WordPress & React Native Developer to join its team in Ponnani. You will bridge the web ecosystem and mobile products, creating robust WordPress solutions and high‑performance cross‑platform mobile apps.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using custom WordPress themes, plugins, and headless WordPress setups.
• Build, test, and maintain responsive React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Integrate WordPress back‑ends with React Native front‑ends to ensure seamless data synchronization.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to turn wireframes into pixel‑perfect implementations.
• Troubleshoot software issues and optimise applications for speed, scalability and flawless UI/UX.

Required profile

• Strong front‑end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with modern JS frameworks.
• Proven back‑end development experience building secure, scalable server‑side logic.
• Hands‑on experience creating and maintaining React Native apps for both iOS and Android.
• Experience developing custom WordPress themes, plugins and using the REST API for headless implementations.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and solve technical problems efficiently.
