WordPress Full‑Stack Developer – Contract (India)

About the role

RIB is seeking a senior WordPress Full‑Stack Developer on a full‑time contract to support its digital team until the end of the calendar year. You will work with the Web Tech Lead, a junior developer and an external agency to deliver new features, improvements and performance optimisations across a global web estate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise WordPress sites, including custom themes, plugins and headless integrations using Next.js.
• Collaborate with the Web Tech Lead and junior developer to implement roadmap items tracked in Asana.
• Work with the Demand Generation team to meet fast‑moving marketing requirements.
• Ensure site security, scalability and performance, handling Cloudflare and DNS configurations.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on WordPress.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a globally distributed, multicultural environment.
• Experience delivering high‑quality, secure and scalable web solutions.
