About the role

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performing WordPress and Shopify solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user‑friendly websites.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on project planning, define scopes, and create technical specifications.
• Architect scalable, maintainable WordPress and Shopify solutions adhering to coding standards.
• Develop custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce stores, and multisite setups.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, conduct code reviews, and ensure high software quality.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide timely solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest WordPress, Shopify, and e‑commerce trends.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional web development experience with WordPress.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and time‑management abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading development teams.

Required skills

• WordPress development: custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce, multisite.
• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, responsive design.
• Backend: PHP, MySQL, server‑side technologies.
• Version control and DevOps: Git, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• E‑commerce expertise: payment gateways, SEO, UX optimisation.
• Security best practices and performance optimisation.
