WordPress Developer – Full-time On-site

About the role

We are looking for a full-time, on-site WordPress Developer to join our Ahmedabad team. The role involves building, customizing and maintaining WordPress websites while ensuring performance, security and brand alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate design mockups into responsive web pages.
• Implement front‑end and back‑end functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
• Configure, customize and maintain themes and plugins.
• Optimize website performance and apply security best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely fixes.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing professionals to align sites with campaign goals.
• Update content structures and integrate third‑party tools and APIs.
• Test websites across browsers and devices.
• Maintain clear documentation of implemented features.

Required profile

• Strong web development experience, especially with WordPress setup, customization and maintenance.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Ability to convert UI/UX designs into functional interfaces.
• Back‑end skills including PHP, MySQL and API integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Basic knowledge of SEO implementation and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams and clear communication with non‑technical stakeholders.
