Windows Administrator (3-4 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Windows Administrator to join our IT team. You will be responsible for managing Windows endpoints, servers and related services, ensuring stability and security across the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows workstations and servers, including configuration, upgrades and patching.
• Maintain O365 applications, Outlook, and perform software installations and troubleshooting.
• Manage datacenter resources and endpoint security solutions.
• Handle major incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and resolve issues within the Windows domain.
• Apply ITIL/ITSM processes such as SLA monitoring, change and release management.
• Use ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) to track and resolve requests.

Required profile

• 3 to 4 years of hands‑on experience in Windows endpoint and server administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage incidents effectively.
