Window Installer – Aluminium Construction

About the role

The company is seeking a full‑time Window Installer to join its aluminium fabrication team in Kannur. You will work on residential and commercial projects, installing aluminium windows and related fittings while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Measure window openings and prepare frames according to project specifications.
• Install aluminium windows, seals and finishing components on‑site.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, fit and secure window units.
• Read and interpret basic drawings and measurements.
• Coordinate with supervisors, colleagues and site managers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist with other fabrication tasks as required.

Required profile

• Practical experience in window installation, aluminium fabrication or general construction.
• Ability to read basic measurements and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical capability to lift, carry and install window frames and glass, and work at heights.
• Reliability, punctuality and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to learn company standards and local building practices.
