About the role
Motala Hissar is looking for an experienced welder to join its production team in Motala, Sweden. You will contribute to the manufacturing of market‑leading elevator solutions, working in a high‑quality, safety‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform MAG welding of components, parts and structures according to technical drawings.
- Interpret and work from detailed engineering schematics.
- Ensure the quality and precision of each weld through self‑inspection.
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation in line with company standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in MAG welding within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Detail‑oriented, responsible and solution‑focused.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
