Wedding Production & Operations Head

About the role

Konark Weddings is seeking an experienced Wedding Production & Operations Head to oversee the full lifecycle of large‑scale wedding projects in Jaipur. You will translate creative concepts into flawless on‑site execution, managing teams, vendors and logistics from pre‑production through dismantling.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end wedding production, including planning, execution and post‑event dismantling.
• Develop timelines, checklists, manpower plans, logistics, BOQs and production sheets.
• Coordinate decorators, florists, fabricators, lighting, furniture, AV and other vendors.
• Supervise fabrication, installation, on‑site operations, quality control and finishing.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure readiness before each event.
• Troubleshoot on‑ground challenges and make rapid, practical decisions.
• Maintain timelines, quality standards and seamless execution across multiple simultaneous projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wedding or large‑scale event production, hospitality or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of wedding décor production and execution.
• Proven leadership, communication and vendor‑management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts and production plans.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills under pressure.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and hands‑on.
• Willingness to travel to event sites as required.
