Wedding Designer

About the role

Panigrahana Weddings, a luxury wedding planning and design company, is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Wedding Designer for its Goa team. You will translate clients' visions into cohesive wedding designs, from concept and mood boards through on‑ground execution, working closely with planners, vendors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming wedding enquiries and leads from multiple channels.
• Understand client briefs, preferences, and overall wedding aesthetics.
• Develop creative concepts, themes, colour palettes, and design directions.
• Create detailed mood boards, design presentations, layouts, decor concepts and costing.
• Prepare and present customized wedding proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal planning, design, production, and operations teams to develop accurate proposals.
• Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through decision‑making.
• Participate in venue visits, site measurements, recce, and design discussions.
• Communicate design references clearly to clients and execution teams.
• Review samples, materials, colours, fabrics, furniture, florals, and other decor elements.
• Assist in on‑ground setup and ensure final execution matches approved design.
• Manage multiple wedding projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in luxury weddings, hospitality, fashion, interiors, florals, and event design.
• Develop relationships with hotels, venues, vendors, and industry partners to generate business opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in wedding design, event design, interior design, visual merchandising, hospitality design, or a related creative field.
• Strong creative sense and an eye for detail.
• Good understanding of colours, textures, fabrics, florals, furniture, lighting, and spatial aesthetics.
