Web Developer – WordPress & TYPO3 Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with deep expertise in WordPress and TYPO3 to create, maintain, and optimise modern, responsive websites. The ideal candidate blends strong technical knowledge with a user‑centred mindset to deliver high‑quality digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop user‑friendly, responsive front‑end and back‑end solutions using TYPO3 and WordPress.
• Perform technical development and enhancements on existing websites.
• Implement design mock‑ups in collaboration with design and project teams.
• Maintain, update, and continuously optimise sites, including security patches.
• Manage website content and technical settings.
• Optimise performance, ensure cross‑browser compatibility, and improve usability.
• Integrate AI‑driven features such as chatbots or content personalisation.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Web Development, Computer Science, Media Informatics, or proven practical experience.
• 5–8 years of professional experience with TYPO3, WordPress, and responsive web design.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and tools.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
• Structured, organised working style with excellent English communication.
• Team‑oriented mindset, independent problem‑solving ability, and a keen eye for design and usability.
