Web Developer – On-site in Kolkata

About the role

Massive Impact, a performance‑marketing agency specialized in Escape Rooms and SaaS businesses, is looking for a Web Developer to join its Kolkata office. You will work closely with the founder and cross‑functional teams to build, maintain and optimise client websites that drive conversions and support SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customise and maintain websites on WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and similar CMS platforms.
• Create responsive pages, landing pages, forms and conversion‑focused experiences using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Implement custom functionality, plugin integrations, APIs, CRM connections and third‑party tools.
• Manage site migrations, domain transfers, staging environments and version‑control workflows.
• Configure hosting, DNS records, SSL certificates and CDN settings.
• Set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Ensure all development follows SEO best practices and performance optimisation guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on website development experience with a portfolio of live projects.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, browser debugging and performance optimisation.
• Ability to work independently across multiple client accounts and collaborate with design, content and marketing teams.
