Web Developer – Build Seamless Digital Experiences

About the role

Gallagher Center of Excellence is looking for a Web Developer to create seamless digital experiences for its clients. You will work across multiple projects, translating JIRA tickets into functional web solutions while maintaining high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and implement JIRA tickets, ensuring precise and reliable delivery.
• Use Content Management Systems to add, update, and manage web page content.
• Leverage GitHub for version control, including repository management, pull‑requests, code reviews and conflict resolution.
• Configure website architecture, page planning, content hierarchy and manage document/asset uploads.
• Conduct quality‑assurance testing to guarantee functional and visual accuracy before release.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective time‑management and capacity to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills for interpreting instructions and collaborating with backend, project management and client‑facing teams.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality results on schedule with minimal revisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA for ticket analysis and tracking.
• Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) for web content updates.
• Solid knowledge of GitHub and Git version‑control workflows.
• Understanding of website configuration, architecture planning and asset management.
