Web Developer – Build & Optimize Client Sites

About the role

We are seeking a Web Developer to join RISEUP’s marketing agency digital team in Mumbai. You will build and maintain websites and landing pages for multiple clients, collaborating with designers, copywriters and campaign managers to deliver fast, responsive, high‑converting digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain client websites and landing pages using WordPress, Webflow or custom stacks.
• Translate Figma or Adobe XD designs into pixel‑accurate, responsive front‑end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Integrate and maintain connections with CRM, email marketing, analytics and ad‑tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Optimize sites for page speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO best practices and mobile performance.
• Create and manage landing pages for paid media and email campaigns, coordinating with the performance marketing team.
• Set up basic tracking and conversion goals using GA4, Google Tag Manager and pixel events.
• Troubleshoot bugs, hosting issues and plugin/theme conflicts across client sites.
• Collaborate with designers and account managers to scope timelines and assess technical feasibility.
• Maintain documentation for each client site, including stack, credentials, hosting and key integrations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional website development experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with designers and account managers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and meet campaign deadlines.
