Washer Operator

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Washer Operator to join our brewing production line in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that bottles and kegs are thoroughly cleaned and meet strict hygiene standards before they are filled.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate bottle and keg washing equipment.
• Load and unload containers, monitor wash cycles, and verify cleanliness.
• Record production and quality data, reporting any issues or safety concerns.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and routine cleaning of the washing machinery.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Experience operating industrial or manufacturing equipment, preferably in beverage or food production.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical processes and ability to carry out routine equipment checks.
• Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and quality standards in a production environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift moderate weights.
• High school diploma or equivalent; brewing or beverage experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Operation of industrial washing machinery.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
