Warehousing Excellence & Logistics Manager

About the role

Nestlé is seeking a senior professional to lead warehousing excellence and logistics operations across India. The role focuses on driving automation, cost optimisation and service excellence within a world‑class supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead warehousing and logistics operations across multiple sites in India.
• Drive automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives using LEAN principles.
• Optimise warehousing costs while improving operational efficiency.
• Manage distribution centre performance and service level agreements.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts and performance.
• Develop and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Mid‑to‑senior management experience in warehousing or supply chain.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving operational excellence.
• Educational background in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or an MBA in Operations/ Supply Chain.
