Warehouse Team Member – Finished Goods Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Member to manage finished‑goods operations in our global manufacturing network. The role involves receipt, storage, reconciliation and dispatch of finished products while ensuring compliance with customs and quality‑management procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, issue, store and reconcile finished goods, preparing invoices, packing lists and palletizing for dispatch.
• Execute customs procedures and manage all dispatch‑related activities, including documentation and equipment cleaning.
• Perform QMS activities such as change control, incident handling, CAPA, and maintain records in MES and SAP systems.
• Calibrate weighing balances, update calibration schedules, and synchronize equipment time and date settings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–12 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse management and finished‑goods dispatch.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP and MES systems.
• Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) processes, including change control and CAPA.
• Ability to perform equipment calibration and manage customs documentation.
