Warehouse Specialist

About the role

ABB is looking for a Warehouse Specialist to support its Electrification business in the Distribution Solutions division. You will manage the handling of parts and semi‑finished or final products in the warehouse and ensure smooth material flow to and from the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Sort and arrange material for storage according to established guidelines.
• Pick components from stock for dispatch and pack them onto pallets.
• Transport boxes and manage collection, storage, and other warehouse activities.
• Execute routine warehouse procedures and adhere to standard operating processes.
• Perform inward and outward inventory transactions and goods receipt entries in SAP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration (full‑time).
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse and stores operations, including inventory receipt, storage, and material movement.
• Knowledge of FIFO principles and ability to maintain 5S standards for an organized, safe environment.
• Capability to issue materials to production while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely availability.

Required skills

• SAP for inventory and goods receipt processing.
