Warehouse Operator – Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

About the role

This is a hands‑on, floor‑level position responsible for the complete order journey – from the moment an order enters our system to its hand‑off to the courier partner. You will ensure inventory accuracy, manage returns, and keep the warehouse organised while working closely with the Operations Manager and the founding team.

Key responsibilities

• Pick products from designated shelves using Unicommerce OMS and perform quality checks before packing.
• Pack orders in branded OATH packaging, generate shipping manifests, print AWB labels and coordinate daily courier pickups.
• Maintain a daily dispatch log and guarantee same‑day dispatch for orders received before 2 PM.
• Receive inbound stock, conduct first‑level counts, store items using FIFO, and keep barcode/SKU labels up to date.
• Perform weekly physical inventory counts and monitor packaging material levels, triggering reorders when thresholds are reached.
• Handle returned items, classify them for resale, damage or defect, restock resaleable units and document conditions with photos.
• Submit end‑of‑day dispatch reports and flag operational issues to the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and reliable with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in a small, visible team environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
• Good communication skills for coordination with couriers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Unicommerce or similar order‑management systems.
• Proficiency in barcode scanning and SKU labeling.
• Basic inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Familiarity with generating shipping manifests and handling AWB labels.
