Warehouse Operator – Kibali site

About the role

Join Sandvik Mining and Construction DRC as a Warehouse Operator at the Kibali site. You will be responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of materials that support our mining operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
• Store materials in designated locations, maintaining an organised inventory.
• Pick and pack orders accurately, preparing shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
• Load shipments onto transport vehicles following safety and procedural guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and help reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report any hazards or equipment issues.
• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed to ensure smooth logistical flow.

Required profile

• Congolese (DRC) citizen with a Certificate or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience in a similar logistics or warehouse role, including customer‑service exposure.
• Good understanding of customer deliverables and the cost impact of errors.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Computer literacy; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
