Warehouse Operations Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Manager ensures efficient dispatch, accurate stock handling, and cost‑effective vehicle planning across shifts. This role combines stock management, packing optimisation and overall warehouse control while maintaining safety, quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage BSR receiving, ensure precise ERP/SAP entries and strict FIFO compliance for 100% material traceability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, maintain high stock accuracy and implement ABC classification to optimise warehouse space.
• Drive packing development, reduce consumable costs, introduce sustainable packaging solutions and guarantee zero damage during transit.
• Oversee inward, storage and dispatch processes with an OTIF focus, uphold 5S, EHS and audit compliance (IATF/customer).
• Coordinate daily activities with Production, Quality and Logistics teams and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or dispatch operations with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Solid understanding of ERP/SAP systems and FIFO inventory principles.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional coordination and drive improvement projects.
• Familiarity with safety, quality and audit standards such as EHS, IATF and OTIF.
