Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment Manager

About the role

9TO5 is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations & Fulfilment Manager to own end‑to‑end warehouse activities in Okhla, New Delhi. You will ensure that inventory is received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately while maintaining high service levels for our corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete order fulfilment cycle from receipt to final delivery.
• Oversee inbound inventory, quality checks, storage, picking, packing, kit assembly and outbound movement.
• Maintain accurate records of all stock movements and reconcile physical inventory with system data.
• Create shipments, generate labels and manifests, schedule pickups and track orders using Shiprocket.
• Resolve Shiprocket issues such as NDRs, delayed shipments, RTOs, weight disputes and courier escalations.
• Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, suppliers and packaging vendors.
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports covering inventory, fulfilment, dispatches, pending orders and delivery status.
• Lead warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks and ensure correct products, quantities, branding and addresses before dispatch.
• Develop and enforce SOPs to improve accuracy, turnaround time and overall efficiency.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Shiprocket operations, including shipment creation, courier selection, manifests, pickup scheduling and issue management.
• Prior experience managing warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or e‑commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound inventory processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
• Excellent problem‑solving, vendor coordination and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and take full ownership of operational challenges.
