Warehouse Operations Executive

About the role

FarmDidi is looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive to manage day‑to‑day activities in its Noida warehouse. You will ensure accurate, efficient and safe handling of food‑related goods, from receipt to dispatch, while supporting the company’s mission of empowering rural women.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming materials following food‑safety standards.
• Maintain organized inventory, update records in the warehouse management system, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities, ensuring timely movement of goods.
• Support periodic stock checks, audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly and compliant with hygiene and safety protocols.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with operations, vendors and logistics partners.
• Basic computer literacy for using inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Relevant vocational training or a diploma/degree in operations, supply chain or a related field is a plus.
