Warehouse Operations Executive – Contract Logistics

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Executive will oversee inbound and outbound activities in a contract logistics environment. You will ensure timely order processing, accurate inventory handling, and smooth coordination with transport and customer service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute receiving, unloading, put‑away, picking, packing, labelling and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP, support cycle counts and stock audits.
• Prepare and update operational documents such as GRN, dispatch records and inventory reports.
• Generate daily productivity and MIS reports.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of vehicles and communicate with transport, inventory and customer service teams.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards and safety guidelines; support warehouse audits.
• Identify bottlenecks and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse inbound/outbound operations.
• Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail for documentation, reporting and compliance.
• Proactive attitude towards efficiency and safety improvements.
