Warehouse Laborer – Full-time

About the role

Luella is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Laborer to support daily operations in its Mumbai warehouse and production areas. You will play a key part in keeping inventory flowing, assisting with packaging, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inventory movements, load and unload goods, and transport materials across the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic assembly, labeling, and quality checks to meet product standards.
• Support production and shipping schedules by collaborating with supervisors and team members.
• Perform routine packaging and material‑handling tasks as required.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or retail operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn standard operating procedures and adhere to health‑and‑safety regulations.
• High school education or equivalent; relevant on‑the‑job experience may substitute.
