About the role
The Warehouse Incharge will lead warehouse operations for last‑mile logistics across multiple locations in India. This role ensures smooth inbound and outbound processes, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports the overall logistics network.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy through regular audits.
- Implement safety and compliance standards within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize last‑mile delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Good experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with last‑mile logistics processes.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple locations.
