Warehouse Incharge

About the role

The Warehouse Incharge will lead day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse facilities across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra. This position ensures smooth handling of goods, efficient last‑mile logistics and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse activities, ensuring timely processing of shipments.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock rotation and storage optimization.
• Coordinate with transportation partners for last‑mile delivery execution.
• Monitor workforce performance, schedule shifts and enforce safety protocols.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and distribution processes.
• Ability to lead a team and handle high‑volume environments.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
