Warehouse Head – E‑commerce & D2C Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Head to lead our e‑commerce and direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) warehouse operations in Delhi. The role involves overseeing the full order‑to‑delivery cycle, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across multiple online marketplaces and D2C platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end warehouse activities including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to meet daily operational targets.
• Ensure timely order processing for D2C websites and marketplace channels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and variance analysis.
• Track and improve KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Support, and Logistics teams.
• Handle courier partners and optimize shipping workflows.
• Design warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and implement SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee RTO, damaged inventory, and reconciliation processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5–8 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing high‑volume e‑commerce/D2C order fulfillment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict dispatch SLAs.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, WooCommerce or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
