Warehouse Handler – Inventory & Scrap Management

About the role

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Warehouse Handler to support smooth operations for new supplier parts receipt, production hold parts, and inventory accuracy at its Kancheepuram facility. You will work closely with the warehouse team and report to the Warehouse Team Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipt and tracking of new supplier parts using SAP and WMS.
• Segregate MRB parts and scrap materials according to quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate MRB and scrap inventory records in SAP and WMS.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and execute SAP adjustments promptly.
• Post scrap transactions in SAP and coordinate disposal with approved vendors, ensuring proper documentation.
• Prepare and share scrap and MRB reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Support receiving and kitting teams as needed.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance during scrap handling.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
