Warehouse Executive

About the role

The Warehouse Executive will oversee all store and warehouse activities at a solar plant site. This includes managing inventory, material receipts, storage, dispatch, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with established SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory requisitions, purchase order receipts, and material receipt registers.
• Prepare Material Receipt Notes (MRN) and Material Issue Notes (MIN) using the material management software.
• Execute day‑to‑day store functions according to SOPs and maintain reports in both manual and ERP systems.
• Maintain store stock registers, asset registers, and monthly reconciliation statements.
• Ensure minimum stock levels of consumables and proper issue procedures.
• Monitor store performance (DPR/ERP feeding) across sites daily.
• Take overall responsibility for stores, dispatch, and purchase functions.

Required profile

• Any graduate or diploma holder.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in stores/warehouse functions.
• Experience preferably in engineering, construction, or solar‑plant environments.
