Warehouse Executive

About the role

The Warehouse Executive will manage the receipt, storage, and dispensing of raw and packing materials for a global pharmaceutical CDMO. This role ensures compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while supporting uninterrupted material flow to production.

Key responsibilities

• Handle receipt, storage, and issue of raw and packing materials, following SOPs.
• Manage rejected materials according to established procedures.
• Maintain commercial documents, statutory records, and monitor RGPs to ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee continuous material supply.
• Raise purchase requisitions for required materials.
• Ensure GMP and audit compliance, uphold documentation practices, and provide training.
• Promote safety by enforcing PPE use, identifying unsafe conditions, and reporting incidents.
• Prepare MIS reports and monthly statements.
• Lead the warehouse team in the absence of the supervisor and perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
• Strong understanding of GMP, QMS, and pharmaceutical material handling.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and follow SOPs.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and documentation accuracy.
