Warehouse Auditor (Ecommerce)

About the role

The Warehouse Auditor (E‑commerce) will lead financial and operational audits across our e‑commerce fulfillment sites. You will work closely with finance, operations and IT teams to ensure accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial audits to verify the accuracy of statements and regulatory compliance.
• Perform operational audits of warehouse and e‑commerce workflows, identifying inefficiencies and control gaps.
• Assess risks related to inventory, order processing and financial reporting, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, company policies and e‑commerce standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations and actionable plans for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive process enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging audit methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience within the e‑commerce sector.
• Relevant auditing certification such as CA, CPA or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder interaction.
