About the role

OPTEZ is seeking a full‑time Warehouse Associate to join its on‑site team in Alwal. The role focuses on efficient receipt, handling, and dispatch of goods, supporting the company’s end‑to‑end operational workforce solutions. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy and safety are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
• Pick, pack, label, and scan items accurately for order fulfillment.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Organise inventory in designated storage areas and maintain clear aisleways.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Required profile

• Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes, including documentation checks.
• Hands‑on experience with packing and unloading goods in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and basic numeracy skills for inventory accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to follow safety procedures, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
• Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in a diverse, fast‑moving environment.
