Warehouse Associate – Inventory & Data Management

About the role

The Warehouse Associate supports Jabil’s inventory operations by handling data entry, material allocation, and customer communication. This position ensures accurate inventory records and timely reporting to management.

Key responsibilities

• Enter relevant data into designated ERP programs.
• Perform clerical tasks related to allocation, distribution, substitution, and administration of materials.
• Create and submit inventory reports for management.
• Track inventory discrepancies and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Interact with customers regarding material issues such as discrepancies, substitutions, or allocations.
• Analyze material data and provide recommendations to supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to present information clearly and answer questions from managers and customers.
• Strong problem‑definition and data‑collection skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and Windows‑based operating systems.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Jabil’s software packages.
• Capability to write simple correspondence and follow step‑by‑step instructions.
• Basic arithmetic and ability to interpret simple graphs and visual aids.
