Warehouse Assistant – Daet

About the role

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in Daet, Camarines. You will help ensure that stock is received, organized, and presented correctly while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, inventory management, and merchandising to guarantee proper stock availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse following safety and storage standards.
• Verify deliveries, document receipts, and report any discrepancies or quality issues.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory activities, product organization, and dispatch preparation.
• Participate in company events and cross‑functional initiatives while complying with policies.

Required profile

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Preferably experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, sales, or a similar environment.
• Effective communicator, adaptable, able to work independently or in a team, and perform well under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
