Warehouse Assistant Associate

About the role

Join a manufacturing logistics team that ensures life‑saving medicines reach patients on time. As a Warehouse Assistant Associate you will support the movement of materials and finished goods, operate warehouse equipment, and help maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute material handling tasks using forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts and power trucks.
• Follow SOPs, cGMPs and documentation procedures to record inventory movements.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency, throughput and quality.
• Assist in troubleshooting routine process issues and support hi‑rise operations.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend and act on verbal and written instructions.
• Proactive communication across shifts and willingness to manage personal development.

Required skills

• Operation of motorized forklifts.
• Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics, Visio, SharePoint.
• Documentation of inventory movements using a computerized system.
