Walk-in Drive for Process Specialist (MDM) – Bangalore

About the role

The Process Specialist (MDM) will manage Supply Chain Master Data in SAP, ensuring accurate material creation, maintenance, and deactivation. The role supports downstream supply chain processes for the Oil & Gas sector and collaborates with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, extend, and update material master records in SAP, including location setup and Stripes extensions.
• Analyse missing attributes and coordinate with requestors, refineries, tax, trade compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Execute material deactivation and periodic master‑data clean‑up activities.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) based on PMI requests.
• Manage Market Reference Price (MRP) and transfer price updates, perform monthly and ad‑hoc MRP uploads.
• Develop FPW formulas under TORA functionality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IDOCs and Web Methods notifications to ensure seamless data flow.
• Maintain Service Master records for cost recovery and support routine governance tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Material Master data, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in end‑to‑end supply‑chain master data processes.
