About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional waitress to join our multi‑cuisine restaurant in Muscat. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate orders.
• Relay orders to kitchen and bar staff and serve food and drinks efficiently.
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Address questions or concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Clear and reset tables for the next guests.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Follow health and safety regulations and collaborate with team members.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
