About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join the food & beverage team at Hyatt Hyderabad. In this position you will deliver high‑quality service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in line with the hotel’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, checking for guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Handle payment transactions and process bills using the hotel’s point‑of‑sale system.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
