About the role

HCL Tech is conducting a mega walk‑in drive for fresh graduates to join its Voice Process team as Process Associates. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering quality service, and supporting business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place customer calls in a professional manner.
• Enter and update customer data accurately using provided systems.
• Multitask between call handling, data entry, and documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest actionable ideas.
• Apply analytical and problem‑solving skills to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening ability.
• Good typing and data‑entry speed.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with sound judgment.
• Only Arts or Science graduates; engineering or IT backgrounds are not eligible.
