Voice and Accent Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Voice and Accent Trainer to join our learning & development team in Trivandrum. The role focuses on enhancing communication skills across BPO, IT services, and contact centre environments, ensuring employees meet global pronunciation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver voice and accent training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs analyses, communication assessments and coaching sessions.
• Implement performance improvement initiatives and track learner progress.
• Provide training on US, UK, Australian and other international accents.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials and documentation.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in voice & accent or communication skills training.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, Education or related field.
• Preferred certification in Voice & Accent Training, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or similar.
• Proven track record delivering programs to diverse learner groups.
• Experience working in BPO, IT services, shared services or multinational organisations.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in English phonetics, pronunciation, articulation and speech clarity.
• Knowledge of stress patterns, rhythm, intonation and accent variations.
• Ability to design impactful training curricula and conduct effective coaching.
