Vocal Coach – Communication Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Vocal Coach and Communication Trainer to elevate the linguistic and customer‑centric abilities of our new hires and existing team members. You will shape learning experiences that bridge language proficiency with cultural awareness, especially for US‑focused markets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver linguistic and customer‑centricity training to new and current employees.
• Provide cultural‑nuance workshops covering key geographies such as the United States.
• Design interactive, multi‑modal content on language and soft‑skill topics.
• Assess learners using the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) and calibrate standards.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses and develop actionable plans.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects, track outcomes, and maintain comprehensive training data.
• Research and apply innovative methodologies to improve non‑native speakers' comprehension.
• Ensure compliance with internal protocols, KPIs, and company policies.
• Collaborate across teams to address communication learning needs.
• Obtain certifications for procedural and campaign‑specific training.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering language, soft‑skill and US cultural training.
• English proficiency at CEFR level C2.
• Graduate degree.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and travel as needed.
• Strong time‑management, creativity, high energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Open to feedback and eager to continuously improve.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows OS.
• Proficiency with Apple OS.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (G‑Suite).
