Visual Merchandising Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the visual presentation of our fashion products in store. The role combines product knowledge, customer service, visual standards, and team leadership to enhance the store image and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep product knowledge of materials, fabrics, styles, trends and competitor market, and regularly communicate feedback to the product department in Spain HQ.
• Apply the company’s customer service methods and address specific customer needs.
• Implement basic visual merchandising techniques, improve product displays, follow head‑office visual guidelines, and manage store furniture such as hangers, benches and tables for optimal presentation.
• Oversee product reception, manage the delivery process and ensure proper replenishment procedures.
• Lead, guide and train a team of visual commercials to perform their duties efficiently.
• Participate in inventories, follow security procedures (fitting rooms, cash desks, zoning) and teach loss‑prevention practices to keep inventory loss low.
• Organise the stock room, apply stock‑room organisation procedures and use available tools to keep stock rotation up to date.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of fashion products, materials, fabrics and current trends.
• Familiarity with customer service standards and ability to meet specific client needs.
• Experience applying visual merchandising standards and adapting displays to improve store image.
• Ability to manage product delivery, replenishment and stock‑room organisation.
• Leadership experience in managing and developing a visual merchandising team.
• Understanding of inventory and loss‑prevention procedures.
