About the role
The institution is seeking a Visiting Professor of Mathematics to deliver high‑quality lectures to undergraduate/B.Tech students. The role focuses on clear communication of mathematical concepts, fostering problem‑solving skills, and supporting student success throughout the semester.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures in Mathematics for undergraduate/B.Tech programmes.
- Explain concepts using practical examples and problem‑solving approaches.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct tutorials, doubt‑clearing sessions, and remedial classes as needed.
- Evaluate assignments, quizzes, examinations, and overall student performance.
- Identify students requiring additional academic support and provide guidance.
- Maintain a student‑centric, interactive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
- Utilise appropriate digital tools and teaching methodologies to enhance learning.
