Visiting Lecturer – French Language

About the role

We are looking for an engaging Visiting Lecturer to deliver high‑quality French language instruction. The successful candidate will lead interactive classroom sessions and prepare students for internationally recognised proficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interactive French language classes for collegiate or institute‑level students.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with proficiency standards.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support language development.
• Foster a culturally rich learning environment that enhances cross‑cultural awareness.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in French Language, Literature, or a related field (NET/SET/Ph.D. preferred for university‑level positions).
• 1–3 years of teaching experience in French at the collegiate or institute level.
• Near‑native or native fluency in French with a B2/C1/C2 level certification.
• Excellent verbal communication and an engaging presentation style.
• Strong cross‑cultural awareness.
