About the role

We are seeking a proactive Villa Supervisor to manage the day‑to‑day operations of a portfolio of luxury villas in North Goa. The role blends property management, facilities coordination and guest relations, ensuring each villa delivers a premium experience for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned luxury villas, maintaining high presentation standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with external vendors and service providers.
• Supervise housekeeping and operational support teams.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures and in‑house experiences, responding promptly to requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee seamless day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in villa management, hospitality, hotel or property operations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
