Vice President – Human Resources Development

About the role

Sentini Group is seeking a senior HR leader to shape its human resources development strategy across multiple business units. Based in Hyderabad, the Vice President HRD will drive workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development for a fast‑growing conglomerate operating in alternative energy, IT, manufacturing, and automotive sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive HR policies and employee‑engagement programs.
• Oversee HR operations, including HRIS optimization and other HR technologies.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders on organizational design, culture initiatives, and change management.
• Lead performance‑management systems and long‑term people‑development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with national and international labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 25 years of HRD experience, currently serving as General Manager HRD.
• Extensive senior HR leadership experience in conglomerates or multi‑business environments, preferably in manufacturing and technology.
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and build high‑performance cultures.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
