Veterinary Pharmacist – Formulation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Veterinary Pharmacist to lead formulation activities for animal health products. The role involves designing and executing pre‑formulation studies, developing stable liquid and solid dosage forms, and supporting immuno‑oncology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑formulation studies to assess solubility, ionisation constant, lipophilicity, chemical stability and solid‑state properties of drug candidates.
• Develop stable and bio‑available formulations for various development stages, including liquid, parenteral and oral dosage forms.
• Evaluate interactions between active drugs and excipients and implement new methods to solve formulation challenges.
• Represent pharmacology functions on immuno‑oncology project teams and communicate progress to senior management.
• Select, manage and oversee mouse tumour models to support pre‑clinical and clinical programmes.

Required profile

• M. Pharm or B Pharm degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation, preferably in veterinary or animal health.
• Both genders eligible.
• Based in Delhi.
