Value Engineer – Scale NAM

About the role

As a Value Engineer you will lead data‑driven business transformation for Celonis customers, partnering with the sales team to own the end‑to‑end value journey. You act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve strategic goals and realize measurable impact using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify & frame high‑impact use cases, build business cases and communicate value roadmaps to C‑level executives.
• Guide customers in using Celonis to uncover process improvement opportunities, drive actions and present realized value to senior leadership.
• Own the customer value journey, driving expansion, adoption, renewals and feeding feedback to product teams.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing analytical role (Customer Success, Sales Engineering, IT/Management Consulting) with a focus on delivering business value.
• Strong background in data, analytics and SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), including RPA, BI tools, dashboard and app development.
• Proven ability to manage projects, stakeholder communication and executive presentations in English.
• Understanding of finance and/or supply‑chain domains and related transformation initiatives.
• Relevant degree in technology, engineering, computer science, economics or similar.
