Valuations Manager – Business Valuation Team

About the role

The Valuations Manager will lead a team of business valuation professionals within KDN India, delivering end‑to‑end valuation projects for multinational clients. This senior position combines technical valuation expertise with people‑management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 8‑10 valuation specialists across multiple locations.
• Oversee workflow, staffing, quality reviews, project timelines and team utilization.
• Ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of valuation engagements.
• Provide review support and execute complex valuation assignments from start to finish.
• Guide the team on applicable accounting standards and project‑specific issues.
• Contribute to growth strategy, market expansion and skill‑set development.
• Increase integration with onshore teams and drive business generation.
• Manage recruitment, learning, development and performance of the team.
• Lead at least one cross‑functional task force and support pan‑DA initiatives.

Required profile

• CA, CFA or MBA (Finance & Investment Management) qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business valuation roles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards relevant to valuations.
